Adaptive Video Walls and Displays Introduces New Video Solutions At InfoComm 2012

New Products Include Single-Monitor Suspension; Mounted and Flown Video Walls

LAS VEGAS, JUNE 12, 2012 - Adaptive Video Walls and Displays, a division of Adaptive Technologies Group and the premier provider of innovative wall-mountable, floor-standing, interlocking and flyable video wall frames for multiple LCD, LED and plasma monitors, will debut at InfoComm 2012 (Booth C9547) several new video solutions, including its HoverPro(tm) single-LCD monitor suspension device, a 3x3 Flown Video Wall, a 4x1 Flown Quad Display, and 1x4 and 2x2 Mounted Video Walls.

"We are excited to share with InfoComm attendees several new video products at this year's show," says Paul Allen, president, Adaptive Technologies Group. "InfoComm is the perfect avenue to get the word out about Adaptive's wide range of video solutions and the ease of installation that contractors get in the field when they use our gear."

The HoverPro is a single LCD monitor suspension device that delivers visual messages and content anywhere marketers want without the limitations of wall mounting and/or expensive kiosks. Messages are permanently displayed above and in front of indoor target audiences by suspending and aiming 40-inch and larger LCD and plasma screens from any overhead structure. As a pre-engineered rigging system, HoverPro utilizes the standard rear VESA-mounting hole patterns built into flat screen monitors. These rigging kits provide installers with the ability to safely suspend and tilt screens into any desired angle, from any location. Down-tilt aiming is accomplished by way of suspending the monitors from the HoverPro brackets' multiple suspension points. An optional horizontal aiming device, the One-Way-Array(r), may be installed in line, above the HoverPro, to provide up to 360 degrees of aiming rotation. Additionally, a wide variety of standard off-the-shelf rigging hardware is available to allow the installer to safely assemble and "hover" the LCD or plasma monitor at any desired height and angle above an audience, store traffic and window fronts.

This incredibly precise and load-rated flyable frame can interlock to create large format and very impressive displays. Its adjustable monitor levelers ensure that all monitors are in the correct planar alignment and are domestically produced. The load-rated rigging components ensure long service life, even for rental and staging applications.

The new 4x1 Flown Quad display, also available in landscape configuration, features NEC 55-inch monitors flown in a horizontal square pattern, utilizing Adaptive's GridLink(tm) rigging system, with four monitors wide and one monitor deep. Adaptive's rugged and load-rated GridLink rigging beams quickly arrange into square, rectangular and hexagonal-shaped grids that provide an excellent platform to fly monitors, creating attention-getting, long-lasting impressions. Adaptive's line of flown displays feature load-rated frames, rigging beams and accessory attachments, allowing the user to create and fly full landscape and portrait displays in any desired configuration.

Adaptive is also introducing two new mounted video wall solutions at InfoComm, including its 2x2 Mounted Video Wall with four ViewSonic 46-inch monitors. In addition, its innovative 1x4 Mounted Video Wall with 46-inch NEC monitors will be on display, which is especially geared toward the retail environment. Designed as entire assemblies, rather than individual wall mounts, Adaptive's line of video wall frames are extremely time-saving and built to very close tolerances to get the best fit between monitors. Adaptive Video Walls also feature monitor locks and compartments for media players and other electronic devices, providing a flexible and reliable solution for any indoor application.
