ArchDaily Looks At Theatre Seating

ArchDaily has a very cool post by Sharon Lam on its site, archdaily.com, titled "How to Design Theater Seating, Shown Through 21 Detailed Example Layouts."

The article includes details and stunning visuals on designs for end stages, wide fan, 3/4 arena configurations, and more, with examples from The Blyth Performing Arts Centre/Stevens Lawson Architects, National Grand Theatre of China/Paul Andreu,  and many others.

Another example is the new Han Show Theatre/Stufish Entertainment Architects, a state-of-the-art theatre that was purpose-built to house the acrobatic water spectacle, The Han Show, by theatre director Franco Dragone.
