The three-day 2014 Broadway Lighting Master Classes (BLMC) event brought together Broadway’s top lighting designers to discuss the creative, technical, and practical challenges involved in lighting for the Great White Way.

Legendary lighting designer Jules Fisher (Lucky Guy, Assassins, 9 to 5) served as the creative consultant. This year's speakers included Kevin Adams (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), Chris Akerlind (Rocky), Mark Barton (Violet), Howell Binkley (After Midnight), Jeff Croiter (Peter and the Starcatcher), Bev Emmons, Wendall K. Harrington, Clifton Taylor, Japhy Weideman (Of Mice And Men), and David Weiner (Dead Accounts). Plus there was a special conversation between lighting designer Jennifer Tipton and legendary choreographer Twyla Tharp.
