The Outer Critics Circle, an association of writers for more than 90 newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, internet, and theatre publications, has announced the nominations for the 2016-2017 Off-Broadway and Broadway season. Out of 27 categories, Anastasia leads the way with 13 nominations, followed closely by the Broadway revival of Hello, Dolly! at 10. The Band's Visit leads the way for Off-Broadway productions with seven nominations.
The winners of the 67th annual Outer Critics Circle Awards will be announced May 8, with the annual Gala Awards Dinner and presentation on May 25 at 3pm at Sardi's Restaurant.
