The North American Theatre Engineering and Architecture Conference (NATEAC) is pleased to announce a backstage tour schedule. Tours of the State Theatre at Lincoln Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Radio City Music Hall will be available on Tuesday July 22, 2008
The tours, which are open to all conference attendees, begin at 10am at the State Theatre and continue on to Jazz at Lincoln Center at 11am. The Radio City Music Hall tour begins at 1pm. The New York State Theatre is located on the south side of the Lincoln Center Plaza, at Columbus Avenue and 63rd Street. The New York State Theatre is home to the New York City Opera and the New York City Ballet. Jazz at Lincoln Center is at Broadway & 60th Street and is home to the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Winton Marsalis. Radio City Music Hall is on Sixth Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets and is host to innumerable special events and concerts throughout the year.
Bill Sapsis, conference director notes, " We're trying to give our attendees a full New York experience, just like we're doing with the Harbor Cruise. We might even stop for a street vendor hot dog on the way over to Radio City Music Hall."
