Carnegie Mellon Appoints Rosen Holmes

Carnegie Mellon School of Drama has appointed Abigail Rosen Holmes as an associate professor of Lighting Design. She joins lighting technologist, Todd Brown, and professor of Lighting Design, Cindy Limauro. Together, they will partner to continue Carnegie Mellon’s high standards of excellence and will look to the future of lighting design education.

Rosen Holmes brings an international reputation as a premiere concert lighting designer with experience in projections, television, film, corporate events, and architectural lighting. She has designed concert tours for Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus, Shakira, Martina McBride, Cher, The Cure, Pet Shop Boys, Bonnie Raitt, Janet Jackson, Amy Grant, Peter Gabriel, Herbie Hancock, Roger Waters’ The Wall in Berlin, The Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
