Bryan Hinckley Promoted To Business Manager For Electrosonic Design Consulting

Bryan Hinckley has been named to the new position of business manager for Electrosonic Design Consulting, an independent division of Electrosonic Systems, Inc. (ESI) which provides expert advice on an international basis to design firms in the disciplines of commercial audio visual systems, media distribution and digital asset management.

“Electrosonic Design Consulting is a new and exciting venture, and I believe Bryan will grow it to be a significant contributor to ESI’s business,” says Jim Bowie, general manager of Electrosonic Custom Solutions. “Bryan has contributed greatly to our systems integration business over the past seven years in both a project management and sales consultant role. I know he will make a success of this new challenge,”

Based in Burbank, California and Long Island City, New York, where it operates under a joint venture with Scharff Weisberg Inc., Electrosonic Design Consulting has expertise in virtually every relevant topic in commercial audio visual and media delivery technologies. Markets served include museums, performing arts facilities, themed entertainment, high-end retail, houses of worship, corporate exhibits, digital signage, cruise ship entertainment, visualization centers, hospitality, education facilities, control rooms, working environments, and presentation systems in public spaces.

In prior positions as project engineer, project manager and system sales engineer, Hinckley led projects in Taiwan, Japan, New York City and other locations throughout North America. Most recently as a sales engineer, Hinckley provided design build consulting on such projects as Ashes and Snow, The Atlantic City Pier Project, and the US Pavilion at the World Expo. His dual degrees in engineering and theater from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN is reflected in his extensive technical knowledge and strong understanding of show technology.
