British choreographer Christopher Wheeldon’s ballet version of The Winter’s Tale, a co-production by The Royal Ballet and National Ballet of Canada, with music by Joby Talbot, made it world premiere in London in April 2014. Following that, The Winter’s Tale was performed last November in Toronto and in January at The Kennedy Center in Washington DC, before a revival at The Royal Ballet in April. Sets and costumes are by Bob Crowley, with lighting by Natasha Katz, projections by Daniel Brodie, and silk effects by Basil Twist.
