Wicked
received the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Costume Design and Outstanding Set Design. Assassins received the award for Outstanding Lighting Design.
Eugene Lee is the set designer for Wicked and Susan Hilferty (a 2004 EDDY Award recipient) designed the costumes for the show, a unique and twisted take on the Oz legend.
Jules Fisher and Peggy Eisenhauer created the lighting for Stephen Sondheim's Assassins, which called together presidential assassins and wannabes on the stage of Studio 54.
