Howard Schnall has been named director of customer support of W.A.C. Lighting. In his new position, Schnall will direct customer support activities in the firm's Garden City, NY-based corporate headquarters, and its western offices and distribution center in City of Industry, CA.
Prior to joining W.A.C., Schnall served as manager of customer service for Global Equipment Company, director of customer service for Fortunoff, and customer service sales manager for Saks Fifth Avenue catalog division. He also service as credit manager for Brooks Brothers and customer service department manager of Diner's Club International.
