As part of their 25th Anniversary celebration, Vari-Lite will take PLASA attendees on a walk down memory lane. On display in the PLASA café will be a complete historical retrospective of the Vari-Lite product line from the prototype VL0™ to the VL2416™.
The newest additions to the Vari-Lite range, including the VL500™ 80V automated luminaire, will be on the PRG Europe (Stand J38) along side this extraordinary retrospective. All fixtures, excluding the VL0, will be operational allowing show patrons to once again see the VL1™ automated luminaire in action, the famed luminaire that began the automated lighting revolution back in 1981.
Take a moment to stop by and remember when you first used the VL2™ or when you first saw the VL6™. Also, on hand during portions of the show will be Jim Bornhorst and Rusty Brutsche, two of the Vari-Lite founders, helping Vari-Lite celebrate turning 25 at PLASA.
