Theatrical Lighting Systems (TLS,Inc.) has opened the TLS,Inc./Mississippi branch office and hired Rusty Scafidel as project manager, sales. The newest branch will be for sales only; rental and services will still be handled through the Huntsville office.
Scafidel served as director/executive director of technology for Jackson Public Schools in Jackson, MS for 20 years, and television and production LD for First Baptist Church in Jackson for 15 years. He has been involved with production lighting since high school and received a stagecraft scholarship to attend Mississippi College in Clinton, MS. He has experience lighting college, high school, and dance productions as well as his church productions.
