Martin Architectural welcomes Bruno Silva as the newest member of the Martin US Architectural team. Silva, who has worked with Martin as an independent consultant for years, providing product integration service, technical sales support, and programming assistance, joined Martin Architectural as Technical Sales Specialist on March 1st.
Silva’s technical duties are many and include aspects such as providing on-site technical support; systems integration and controls specialization; assisting electrical or construction contractors on how to properly mount fixtures, wiring, power distribution, data, etc.; sales force training on products and how to aid architects in fixture choice; and aiding in sales and design.
Silva’s early background includes work as an electrician and custom fabricator, as well as experience in theatre lighting and control. Silva has been involved with both conventional and intelligent lighting for years, the latter since the beginning of its development. He was exposed to architectural lighting through various projects throughout his career and brings with him a wealth of knowledge of Martin lighting products and controls. Silva works out of the US headquarters in Sunrise, Florida.
With Silva aboard Martin’s Jim Fuller will be moving to the position of Southeast Regional Sales Manager-Entertainment effective June 1st. Fuller has been an invaluable part of the Architectural team for years working as Martin US Architectural Segment Manager.
