Stage Technologies Appoints Ted Moore as Director

Stage Technologies (Booth #2739) announced that Ted Moore has joined the Board of Directors.

Having worked with John Hastie, now Stage Technologies' marketing director, on the 1988 production of Miss Saigon at London's Theatre Royal, Drury Lane Theatre and subsequent projects including Euro Disney in Paris, Moore was asked to take on a full-time role when Stage Technologies was formed in 1994. Before long he was project-managing installations on Disney and Princess cruise ships and countless major theatre shows, touring productions, and concerts.

Moore is responsible for managing the rental side of the business which is currently experiencing its busiest period ever, supplying automation equipment, not only to the theatre but also for the rock 'n' roll and film industries.

"Ted was the third person to join Stage Technologies when we started ten years ago and we are delighted he has agreed to become a director," says Mark Ager, managing director, Stage Technologies. "He is an invaluable asset to the company and, as a director, he is certain to continue steering the show automation and hire department to new heights."
