Staff Changes at I.Weiss

Jennifer Tankleff, Martin Cabot, and more get new duties at I.Weiss.

Tankleff has been promoted to vice president for Operations. She has been with I.Weiss for more than ten years, first leading the company's drapery shop as production manager, then broadening her responsibilities and experience as director of operations. While she is now taking on additional corporate responsibilities, Tankleff will continue to oversee all manufacturing to assure continued quality.

Cabot, who has played an integral part in the growth of I.Weiss' rigging division within the past 20 years, is leaving as of December 31st to pursue other opportunities, but will continue his affiliation with I. Weiss in a consulting capacity.

Andrea Dohar is stepping up to assume Cabot's responsibilities as head of installation. With a degree in technical theatre from Carnegie Mellon University and as I. Weiss installer and senior project manager for over five years Andrea brings an abundance of experience to this position. She will be supported by the company's newest addition, Ross Johnson, who will be drafting and running the rigging shop at its new and expanded location.
