Showman Fabricators Announces Departure Of Cofounder Michael Cioffi

Michael Cioffi, cofounder of Showman Fabricators, has retired as participating partner. Robert Usdin, cofounder of the 22-year-old company, will remain as president.

“As a cofounder, Mike has been instrumental in developing and executing our initial strategies. We appreciate his invaluable contribution since Showman’s inception and look forward to benefiting from his continued counsel as the company continues to move forward."

Cioffi’s resignation will allow him to devote more time to his family and other opportunities. He states, “I leave with the confidence that Showman is well positioned in our industry and thriving under Bob’s leadership.”

Usdin adds, "I will share Mike's former responsibilities along with Mark Viola who will continue his 21 year tenure as VP for production. Jim Cummings will continue his 10 year service to Showman as account executive and director of new business development. Together they will lead Showman's dedicated team of project managers, foremen, engineers, and skilled craftsman."
