"Metropolitan Pavilion is always improving. Our 2004 goals are ambitious -for the business and for the enhancement of the venue itself," says Alan Boss, president, Metropolitan Pavilion. "Partnering with Scharff Weisberg to build a technically superior venue is another step in making Metropolitan Pavilion even better."

"We have gone to great lengths to enhance the space from a technical and techno-esthetic point of view. We have chosen equipment designed to take full advantage of the venue and provide for any technical need an event may require," commented Scharff Weisberg CEO, Peter Scharff.

Awarded "Event Site of the Year" by Event Solutions Magazine in 2003, Metropolitan Pavilion is where events make history. From the Chocolate Show to the launch of Oprah Winfrey's magazine, the Pavilion has emerged as one of downtown's top event spaces. The main hall has elegant polished oak floors highlighted by charming Corinthian columns, original to the turn-of-the-century building, which lend a texture of rich character creatively offset by two separate lobbies.
