Scharff Weisberg Lighting Adds Jessica Franks

Scharff Weisberg Lighting has hired Jessica Franks as account executive. In this role, she will work as a partner to the company's clients, determining their equipment needs and insuring each order is specified correctly, priced competetively and delivered as requested.

Franks had been with Production Arts Lighting since 1988, working her way up within the shop until assuming the role of assistant foreman, then inventory manager and ultimately rental sales executive. "I like to work closely with my customers, and I understand that relating to them on a personal level is key to providing professional and quality service. Understanding clients' needs and styles and making their job my own enables me to thoroughly support their projects."

"We're very excited to have someone with so much shop experience and knowledge of the NY lighting market," comments Scharff Weisberg Lighting general manager, Ben Saltzman. "In addition to her experience, Jessica brings a dedication to customer service that is directly in line with our approach. She¹s a really positive personality and we expect great things from her."

Scharff Weisberg formed Scharff Weisberg Lighting earlier this spring when it hired lighting veterans Ben Saltzman and Ron Brodeur and began offering lighting services and equipment. The company operates as a standalone, full-service lighting rental, sales and support company and also provides lighting support to Scharff Weisberg's staging and systems integration jobs.
