Apollo Design Technology, Inc. announces the appointment of Rich Dale as LD Representative. Dale will be responsible for cultivating relationships with lighting professionals within the entertainment and academic arenas by providing creative, technical, and training assistance on Apollo’s various products.
“Rich’s background is ideal for this key position within our marketing department,” states Apollo founder and president Joel Nichols. “His lighting design experiences will allow him to effectively communicate with the users and specifiers of our products and provide them with great support.”
Since 1993 Dale has been employed by the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida where he held various lighting designer, lighting director, lighting crew chief, production manager, and project manager positions within its resorts, including the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island and Disney Cruise Lines.
“In my lighting positions with Disney I became a big fan of Apollo’s products and knew of their strong reputation,” says Dale. “I am excited at the opportunity to work with other lighting professionals in the entertainment industry on their behalf.”
