Register Today! Space Still Available for BLMC & BSMC

Space is still available for the 10th edition of the Broadway Lighting Master Classes, June 16-18, 2004, and the second annual Broadway Sound Master Classes, June 18-20, 2004. These professional-level training courses are held in New York City at John Jay College Theatre, and sponsored by Entertainment Design magazine. Complete details about the classes, and this year's EDDY Awards on Friday, June 18, can be found at http://blmc.net

Creative consultants, Jules Fisher for the BLMC, and Abe Jacob, for the BSMC, have once again assembled distinguished faculties of leading designers in the fields of lighting, audio, and video. For the first time this year, the BLMC will have a special accent on projection, with both an in-depth session with award-winning projection designer Wendall K. Harrington, and a secial panel on integrating lighting and projection, moderated by Peter Wexler.

"We are very excited about this year's classes," says David Johnson, associate publisher and editorial director for Entertainment Design and Lighting Dimensions. "The rosters are very international, with attendees coming from New Zealand, Trinidad, Peru, and Singapore, as well as at least a dozen different states in the United States."

As a June 1 special, Johnson has announced that the first two people who call him today, one for the BLMC and one for the BSMC, will receive a special half-price offer if they register today. His telephone number is 212-204-1811. "I'm looking forward to hearing from you," he says.

"I would also like to thank all the manufacturers and distributors who have endorsed this year's events, either as corporate sponsors, EDDY Award sponsors, and mentors of students," Johnson adds. "We couldn't produce these events without your support!"
