Parks Named Meyer Sound's Technical Writer

Meyer Sound Laboratories announced the appointment of Gary Parks as technical writer in the customer service department. Parks will be responsible for developing and writing a variety of technical documents, including manuals, instructions, data sheets, and white papers.

“Choosing a technical writer is a very important decision for Meyer Sound and we are pleased to have found Gary Parks,” says Meyer Sound customer service manager Pablo Espinosa, “We place strong emphasis on documentation, as it should be a key resource for users. We are rigorous in producing our documentation and need someone who can fully understand our products and communicate data on them clearly, accurately, and comprehensively. Gary’s background is quite deep as far as grasping and documenting technical products, which convinced me he was the right person to uphold Meyer Sound’s high quality standards.”

Prior to joining Meyer Sound, Parks spent eight years at Clear-Com Communication Systems (formerly Clear-Com Intercom Systems) of Emeryville, CA, as marketing manager and wireless product manager. Parks’ background also includes nearly 10 years at Electro-Voice, where he managed one of their loudspeaker lines, among other responsibilities.

Parks will be working out of the company’s main office in Berkeley, CA.
