NY Chapter of AIA Co-Sponsor of Architectural Lighting Master Classes

The AIA New York Chapter is co-sponsoring the Architectural Lighting Master Classes (ALMC), scheduled for February 21 and 22, 2001 at John Jay College Theatre in New York City. Designed to assist architects achieve the maximum creative lighting design for their projects, the ALMC has been organized by Sonny Sonnenfeld, with LDs Paul Gregory, Jonathon Spiers, Howard Brandston, Ken Billington, and Alan Lewis participating. The NY Chapter of the AIA is offering 16 CES Units to architects who attend both days of the Master Classes.

This event is designed to offer a professional-level introduction to the art and craft of architectural lighting for architects, interior designers, and lighting designers and will cover everything from creative inspiration, presentatin methods, and a coordinated approach to the tools of the trade and how to use them. Tuition is $495 for both days, with an early registration rate of $475 before January 1. There is a special discount price of $427.50 for members of the NY Chapter of the AIA.
