announces the appointment of Steve Lerman as director of sales and marketing. He joined the company effective May 27, 2003. He will be responsible for distributor relations, as well as marketing and promotions, and will have input into trade show decisions. Lerman comes to Lycian from the wireless telecommunications industry where he spent the last 12 years, most of it developing dealer distribution for Arch Wireless and satellite voice and data provider GlobalstarUSA. Lerman brings a wealth of dealer development to the industry and has a background in advertising, having operated an advertising firm in the 1980s prior to his entry into telecommunications. He will be located at Lycian Stage Lighting’s office and production facility in Sugar Loaf, NY.
