New Hampshire Commercial Energy Code Training

The New Hampshire Governor's Office of Energy and Community Services is sponsoring a series of free technical seminars to train building professionals on the energy requirements of the New Hampshire State Building Code for commercial and high-rise residential buildings. Commercial architects, engineers, designers, builders, contractors, and code officials are encouraged to attend.

The sessions will cover the energy requirements of the existing Code, based on ASHRAE 90.1-1989. The seminars will also preview changes to the energy code that will take effect in September 2003. The training will highlight COMCheck, a free, flexible compliance software which can be used to comply with both the existing and revised energy codes. The training presenters are experienced, practicing architects and engineers.
