New Faces at Vincent Lighting Systems

has appointed Melissa Schmidt to inside sales in the Cincinnati office. Schmidt served as rental shop manager for Vincent Lighting before moving to Texas to work as an electrician for Rudder Theatre Complex. Previously, Schmidt worked at Paramount Kings Island for eight years, serving as electrician, and area manager of technical support.

Also joining the staff in the Cincinnati office is Rick Michael, who has been hired as service technician. Michael has well over a decade’s experience in the entertainment industry, working on such productions as The Radio City Christmas Spectacular and touring with Disney on Ice. Michael has served as lighting director, film grip, electrician, spot operator and carpenter.

Adding to the staff in Pittsburgh, Bonnie Nolan has joined as customer service rep. Nolan has served on the board of directors for the Red Barn Players since 1978. She also designed the set and lights for the Red Barn, New Castle Playhouse and various dance shows for many years. Nolan has worked for the past 13 years at DCI Career Institute where she coordinated student records while answering the phones and greeting customers.
