New CEO For Furman Sound

Petaluma, CA-based signal processing manufacturer Furman Sound, Inc., has named James R. Bonfiglio as the company's president/CEO. Bonfiglio has previously held positions as president/CEO with Home America, the largest independent appliance and electronic retail operation in the southwest, Texscan Corp., an Arizona-based manufacturer of cable television equipment, as well as senior management positions with Rockwell International, Cenco Inc., and The Gillette Company, Paper Mate Division.

In 2004, Furman Sound will celebrate its 30-year anniversary and is poised to introduce power conditioning and regulating technology designed to improve the performance of all AC-powered technology equipment.
