Medals Awarded at WSD2005

Designers from Mexico took top honors in the costume, set, and lighting categories of World Stage Design 2005, while designers from the United States took silver and gold in sound design, as well as silver in lighting design, and bronze in costume design. The awards were presented at the OISTAT World Congress on Monday evening, March 14, 2005 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto. It was announced that the next WSD will be held in 2009 in Korea in conjunction with the next World Congress of OISTAT.

All bronze medal winners received a check of $500, all silver medal winners received a check of $750, and all gold medal winners received a check of $1,000.
