Look Solutions is pleased to announce the opening of a new sales office near New York City to service a growing roster of clients in the area.
“Three years ago we opened our first facility in the US to better support our North American customers,” says Kirsten Eicher, CEO of Look Solutions’ German headquarters. “Since most Broadway shows that feature atmospheric effects now use at least one Look Solutions product, it makes sense to station a representative in the vicinity to provide the best possible customer support to this important segment of the market.”
Nathan Kahn, president of Look Solutions USA, will man the New York sales office. Kahn, who has over 25 years experience in the theatrical special-effects business, will run the new tech support hotline (646-300-0520) and be available for emergency service issues and product education, including customer and dealer demos.
Look Solutions’ main North American office remains in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, under the direction of business manager Hunter Totty. Waynesboro maintains inventory and provides primary customer support and service for all customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
