LMG Promotes One And Adds One

LMG, Inc. is pleased to announce that Robert “Bob” Leonard was recently promoted to integration accounts manager, and industry veteran Woody Hukill recently joined the team as chief engineer. In his new position, Leonard will managethe company’s system integration division, supervise client accounts, and oversee new business development. He will also analyze current procedures and efficiencies, and implement new structuring to position the division for future growth. Hukill will manage LMG’s manufacturer-certified engineering team, oversee the maintenance and quality of the company’s complex inventory of video, audio and lighting equipment, and spearhead the design and building of show packages.

LMG’s System Integration division provides design, consulting, installation and product sales of customized presentation technology – including video, audio, control and teleconferencing equipment. The integration team consists of sales engineers, installation technicians and support staff working with clients throughout Florida on “SMART” classrooms, executive boardrooms, command/control centers, and specialty installations. The group’s client roster includes “SMART” classroom installations for nearly all of Central Florida’s community colleges.

Leonard joined LMG as an account executive in 2003 and was then promoted to accounts manager at the firm’s Orange County Convention Center location. Prior to LMG, Leonard worked at Walt Disney Entertainment for six years in a variety of management positions, including special events/conventions technical manager and show support operations manager. Leonard graduated from the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, with a bachelor’s degree in public communications and a minor in business administration.

Hukill, a 20-year broadcast television veteran, worked as engineer-in-charge for a production truck and fly-pack system that traveled worldwide prior to joining LMG. He is experienced in all phases of production and engineering, having served as chief engineer, production engineer, bench technician and camera operator.
