Lightolier To Host New Seminars

Lightolier recently announced that it will be hosting a new series of lighting systems technology seminars. These intermediate level courses are targeted to the lighting end-user, facility managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and lighting specifiers. All courses have been registered with both the American Lighting Association (ALA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for accreditation.

Dates and topics are as follows:

October 1-3 Retail Spaces: A course on luminaire systems technology and their application in retail designs.

October 11-12 Designing with Fiber Optics: This seminar will focus on the application of fiber optic lighting systems in interior and exterior commercial, retail, residential, and theme environments, as well as landscapes and waterscapes.

November 5-7 Innovative Officing: This program will focus on the design of more functionally efficient office environments and on integrating the lighting systems to provide sensible lighting solutions.

November 12-13 Installing Fiber Optics: This program will cover the basics of designing and specifying fiber-optic lighting systems, as well as the integration of the system into the overall lighting and control building system.
