Leviton's Stover Earns BICSI Certification

Leviton

announces that Gregory Stover, district sales manager for Leviton’s Voice and Data division, has joined the growing number of Leviton Voice and Data specialists to earn BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) certifications as an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and LAN (Local Area Network) specialist. Attaining the joint credentials is both prestigious and rare: Greg is one of 750 people in the world to hold the combination of the two certifications.

Greg began his career in the company’s OEM Sales division and in 2000 transferred to the company’s Voice and Data division. There within a two-year period he worked to earn his RCDD certification and less than a year later received BICSI certification as a LAN specialist. Greg is one of an increasing number of Leviton Voice and Data specialists to hold credentials in the rapidly-evolving data communications field.

To achieve BICSI’s RCDD/LAN specialist designations, candidates must pass rigorous testing on a wide range of cabling and networking technologies as well as demonstrate proficiency in integrating the components of each to optimize their effectiveness. The trend within Leviton's Voice and Data division toward heightened training and superior credentials demonstrates Leviton’s commitment to serving customers with the highest level of technical resources.
