LD Assistant Seminars Hit the Road in 2005

Design & Drafting announced the continuation of the LD Assistant Road Show Training Seminars for 2005.

Seminars are scheduled to begin in March 2005, with the opening seminar being sponsored by The College of Visual & Performing Arts, School of Theatre & Dance at the University of South Florida.

The LD Assistant Road Shows are designed for new and existing users with basic computer knowledge who would like to become more proficient with LD Assistant Ac or AutoCAD® w/LD Assistant PL.

"The request for LD Assistant Ac and AutoCAD® w/LD Assistant PL training has increased after huge successes of the 2004 Road Show Training," says Rufus Warren, president, Design & Drafting. "Design & Drafting's ongoing goal is to support the user's needs with the best tools and training, we are excited to provide with the 2005 Road Show Training Seminars."

One-day and two-day seminars will be offered. Topics include: Creating lighting plots; 2D drafting & 3D modeling; volume light with lens effect in presentations; control and pre-visualization; and connecting lighting control consoles and lighting systems to CAD.
