LD Andris Kasparovics Joins DaVinci Fusion

DaVinci Fusion Inc., Northern California’s premiere event production company, has signed Andris Kasparovics as its lighting designer. A graduate of the Purchase College Conservatory of Design in Purchase, New York, Kasparovics hails from New York City where he has been designing professionally for the past ten years.

"We’re very pleased that Andris has joined DaVinci Fusion," says Solomon Rosenzweig, president, DaVinci Fusion. "His ability to work out creative solutions in challenging situations offers a great talent to our clients who try in these troubled times, to get more for less. I believe he will be very effective and attractive to work with. He will add great value to our clients projects."

At DaVinci Fusion, Kasparovics becomes part of a unique organization of producers, designers, and technicians working together to bring a diverse range of clients the best in new ideas, great design, and cutting-edge equipment combined with the knowledge of what it takes to create a memorable show or event.

"What I admire most about DaVinci Fusion is its creative vision combined with the sensibility of real-world constraints," says Kasparovics. "The entire creative team continually strives to go beyond that which is typically expected for a given event. It is this kind of attitude and environment that inspires me to do my best work." By infusing innovative and efficient concepts with a broad lexicon of lighting technology, Kasparovics has successfully conjured evocative visual environments that are out of the ordinary yet find harmony within the rest of an event. He has designed lighting for a wide scope of projects from site-specific theater, opera, and live television to gala presidential events and architectural consultation. His credits include A Night at the Apollo, a Democratic National Committee fundraiser with live performances in the famed Harlem theater; over 500 episodes of 106 & Park, the live hip hop and R&B video countdown on cable’s BET; two seasons of Bravo’s acclaimed Inside the Actor’s Studio at New York City’s The New School University; and special exhibitions on Modern Art and the Impressionists for Sotheby’s in Manhattan.

No stranger to the corporate arena, Kasparovics has illuminated corporate product launches and sales meetings nationwide for clients such as Audi, Banana Republic, IBM, Seagrams, and Wella.

Since joining DaVinci Fusion, Kasparovics has already designed lighting for a Monier Lifetile corporate sales meeting and an Atari new games launch, both events staged aboard the USS Hornet berthed in Alameda, California.

"I intend to complement the magic that has been a hallmark of DaVinci Fusion by bringing new ideas to the collaborative team here and watching them grow into successful events," says Kasparovics.
