QuVIS, Inc. announced that Larry Jacobson has joined the company as president of its newly formed Entertainment Division.
The new division will provide QuVIS’ advanced digital imaging technologies to those entertainment markets seeking solutions to the increasing demand for high resolution, high fidelity imaging, including d-cinema exhibition, gaming, large venues, production, post production, and alternative programming.

Jacobson most recently was vice president of Strong Digital, a division of Ballantyne of Omaha Inc. He has approximately 30 years tenure as a theatre consultant and exhibitor. “I’m excited about the possibilities provided by the technological superiority of the QuVIS product line," Jacobson says.
