GE and Lightolier to Hold Indirect Lighting Conference

The GE Lighting Institute, in conjunction with Lightolier, is holding its first Indirect Lighting Conference August 16-17 at the GE Lighting Institute in Cleveland, OH.

This conference is designed to walk both the novice and the experienced lighting designer through the advantages and disadvantages of indirect lighting. Applications using both direct and indirect lighting techniques will be viewed and discussed. Topics include: lighting basics and color; new halogen, HID, and fluorescent sources; recommended light levels; control solutions; future trends in lighting; and indirect lighting design and fixture placement.
