For the ninth year, Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. (ETC) is taking a deserving group of college students to LDI. Continuing the company’s dedication to education, ETC will award six students all-expense-paid trips to the 2008 LDI tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 17-19, 2008. Undergraduate seniors and graduate students in lighting design, theatre technology, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply.
The sponsorship includes roundtrip airfare to the tradeshow, hotel accommodations, all meals, a full conference pass, an exclusive student reception, and great ETC swag. Recipients will check out the latest in entertainment technology, rub elbows with veteran luminaries of the industry, meet talented peers, and go behind-the-LDI-scenes with ETC.
