d&b audiotechnik is opening up a new office in Aarhus, Denmark after many years in the Danish countryside as a result of Claus Hansen leaving the company.
In 1989 Hansen set up d&b audiotechnik's first overseas office in Aarhus. Jette Lykke Pedersen and Lars Frederiksen, who have been with d&b audiotechnik working in the Scandinavian market since 1996 and 2003, respectively, are running the new office. Both have considerable experience in this market and will share the responsibilities for supporting d&b’s partners in the region, Pedersen with her marketing background and Frederiksen having spent many years working as a sound engineer and consultant.
Simon Johnston, d&b audiotechnik’s marketing director commented, “Scandinavia has always been an important market to us which was reflected by the early establishment of a d&b office. Claus Hansen has put a lot of effort into establishing the company in this region over the years and we now wish him all the success in his new endeavors.
