Barton Myers Awarded AIA/LA Gold Medal

Architect Barton Myers has been awarded the prestigious 2002 AIA/LA Gold Medal for the outstanding body of his architectural work and exemplary design standards. The award was presented at a gala on October 24, 2002 at Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Los Angeles, CA. Former recipients include Richard Meier, and Frank Gehry.

Based in Los Angeles, and a fellow of the AIA, Myers is known for his compelling designs for performing arts spaces, most notably the award-winning New Jersey
