Barco is pleased to announce a new financing program for their dealer, system integrator and rental partner network through a unique agreement with the American Express Company. The agreement is specifically designed to allow Barco dealers, system integrators and rental partners to offer additional leasing and credit options through American Express’ variety of business leasing solutions. The new Barco Leasing Program was implemented on June 1, 2003.
The agreement allows Barco dealers, system integrators and rental partners to develop customized lease programs for customers purchasing Barco projection and display equipment, including LED displays, DLP™ Cinema, and LCD and DLP™ projection, thus making the decision and process to purchase equipment easier on the buyer. In addition, the new Barco Leasing Program allows customers to preserve cash and credit lines so those resources can be used to help them generate profits.
Benefits to the dealers include: the approval of credit terms up to $100,000 without the need to review the customer’s financial records, 100% faxable documents (no need for original signature for purchases up to 100k), advance payments via faxable check or American Express Corporate Card, on-line credit application and process monitoring, credit decisions within hours of submittals on most transactions, and ability to offer leasing solutions on State & Federal Government projects. Additionally, a dedicated American Express leasing professional is appointed to assist the Barco customers with their customized leasing and general follow up. The new financing program also allows Barco dealers, system integrators and rental partners to provide additional or replacement equipment as needed to the customer, thus giving the customer an equipment solution without the risk of owning equipment that’s inadequate for the future.
