4Wall-East Equips Carnegie Hall

4Wall Entertainment East

(“4Wall-East”) supplied a complete fixture package to Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall, including portable cable and accessories. Through a mix of automated and conventional gear, Zankel Hall offers a dynamic environment to allow creative stage lighting solutions.

Lighting designer Alan Adelman has worked on several projects for Carnegie Hall, including numerous opening night galas as well as concert performances. He chose 4Wall-East for their “absolutely great service” and “positive responsive attitude.”

The package included more than 100 ETC Source Four Ellipsoidals, three of which were mounted in City Theatrical AutoYokes with AutoIris. A dozen L&E MiniStrips were provided. Two Robert Juliat IVANHOE followspots with DMX control will highlight performers in the new space. The package also included two ETC Portable Two Port Net2 Ethernet Nodes to augment the existing lighting control system. All items were assembled and tested in 4Wall-East’s 42,000 square foot New Jersey facility and delivered to the site show-ready.
