Color Kinetics Incorporated has appointed Philip O'Donnell as vice president, North American sales and Paul Kallmes as director of licensing. O'Donnell will oversee direct and channel sales for the company's lighting systems business. He previously spent 26 years at Strand Lighting, where he led the company as CEO for four years. Kallmes will oversee the identification and development of licensing opportunities that extend the value of intellectual property and expertise to third-party manufacturers. He most recently served as director of business development for Rockwell Scientific Licensing. In addition, the company has appointed Ellen Bossert as vice president of marketing. She most recently served as CEO of Zoesis Studios, a developer of artificial intelligence-based entertainment technology for commercial use. ETC has promoted David Smith to be the second field project coordinator for the western regional office in Hollywood.
