City of Bridges is the name of the much-acclaimed project that has put Cleveland in the spotlight. Looking for an appropriate way to celebrate the rejuvenation of the city's riverfront, Cleveland's Bicentennial Committee ultimately committed $4.5 million to illuminate eight bridges that span the Cuyahoga River.
