SuperSharpy is an ACL beam-type moving head fixture featuring a 470W, 7,800K lamp. Its light beam is three times brighter than the original Sharpy. The manufacturer says the luminaire is the first low-wattage beam light that can act as a searchlight. Features include a large, 170mm diameter front lens, adjustable beam angle from 0° to 4°, and a CMY color mixing system with gradually fading color wheels. Additional effects include seven rotating gobos, 18 fixed gobos, rotating prism, CTO and CTB filters, and 11 special color filters on three wheels.
