Jeremy Railton of Entertainment Design Corporation, known for his set and production designs for theatre, film, events, television, themed attractions, architainment, and master planning, will participate in the Technology 100 and How Tos track at LDI in Las Vegas, presenting “How To Transform A Venue And Wow Your Audience” on Friday, October 24 at 11am.

This panel discussion, which also includes Benjamin Slayter (moderator) Steve Oliker, Julio Campos, Jeremy Railton, Andrea Michaels, and Fabian Yeager, will present methods for venue transformation, including production techniques, ideas for successful venue transformation, production costs, and strategies.

“Delivering the wow means surpassing the visual expectations of the audience and driving up the expectations of any event,” says Railton. “The audience is there to be emotionally manipulated, excited, and engaged.” Railton served as the production designer for the Winter Olympic Ceremonies in Salt Lake City in 2002, and he has also worked on The MTV Video Music Awards and The MTV Movie Awards, as well as gigs for the White House and Presidential Inaugural events. He also designed Barbra Streisand’s most recent tour, Cher’s Farewell tour, as well as Cher’s return to the stage at the Colosseum at CaesarsPalace in Las Vegas.
