A Child's Dream Sets Projection Record

Dubai Festival City Mall's outdoor attraction, Imagine, designed by Laservision Mega Media and spanning 20 acres with lasers, pyrotechnics, projections, and 360-degree fountains, has achieved its second Guinness World Record. Its first went to Stardancer in December for the "world's largest water screen projection." The second recognition is for A Child's Dream, a ten-minute immersive experience over water, land, and sky, including the mapping of the 4,857 sq.m. InterContinental Hotel, making it the digital canvas for the "world's largest permanent projection mapping." The experience maps a journey through a young boy's imagination, featuring airplanes, whales, robots, and optical illusions.
