Ten Lucille Lortel Awards For Hamilton

The 30th annual Lucille Lortel Awards took place yesterday, Sunday, May 10, at NYU Skirball Center. Scheduled to open on Broadway this summer, the musical Hamilton, received a record-breaking 12 nominations, resulting in ten awards, according to Variety. The Public Theatre's Hamilton took home three design awards, including Best Sound Design, awarded to Nevin Steinberg, who will be speaking at Live Design's New York Master Classes for Sound June 5-6 at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and The Gallatin School.
