In a year-long promotion of its Prostar Electric Chain Hoist, CM Entertainment has been conducting drawings for free units at various functions around the world.
The latest drawing was held at InfoComm07 in Anaheim, California, and Mike McFarlin of Technovations in San Antonio, Texas, walked away as the big winner.
Earlier, Donnie Halchak, from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, decided to turn his grand prize into a charitable contribution. Working with individuals from Columbus McKinnon Corporation, Halchak arranged for a $500 donation to the non-profit ESTA Foundation. Halchak selected Behind the Scenes Program within the ESTA Foundation for his contribution. Behind the Scenes provides financial support to entertainment technology professionals who are injured or ill www.esta.org.
