Analog Way, a designer and manufacturer of high-end presentation switchers, showcased the OctoVue FX: a New Computer & Video Seamless Switcher with true scaled Preview and a full featured PiP at NAB 2006. Digital HD compatible, the OVX has DVi in and out to support 720p and 1080p formats.

Featuring a true scaled Preview, the OVX will help users to securely switch to the right source at the right moment. The OVX also includes powerful effects such as Animated Logo, Subtitling, Logo Insertion, and multiple frame store.
OVX comes standard with DVI in & DVI out to support new high-definition formats and to take advantage of the1080p display devices, such as plasma and LCD screens or video projectors. OVX also features typical analog VGA Output up to 1600x1200 with pixel clock technology. In addition to high quality image, DVI brings Plug & View capability. The OVX’s PiP (Picture-In-Picture) technology features full position and size adjustment, image cropping for perfect adjustment of content, high quality Pixel Clock, and video and computer PiP.
The OctoVue FX is the latest addition to Analog’s Octo range of products. Products in this range feature eight universal inputs; stereo audio line on each input with audio follow or break away and two boosted scaled outputs for high–resolution display requirements, smooth and fast switching through color fade between any inputs, customizable transition color and duration and true seamless switching between one computer input (direct) and any other scaled computer or video input.
