The ETC Source Four Dimmer™ attaches to any Source Four® to provide on-board dimming and intelligence at the fixture. Able to accept DMX control signals directly, it transitions a centralized dimming system to switched power and data distribution, making tungsten units suitable companions to LEDs and moving lights. The rig is no longer constrained by batten layout or dimmer-room proximity. Electronic Silent (ES) dimming technology and a convection-cooled design mean users can use this dimmer anywhere, even on acoustically sensitive installations. The unit’s RDM capability lets users change curve and DMX settings remotely and gives blown-lamp notifications at the console.
