Invisible Waves from Kaltman Creations is a PC-based RF spectrum analyzer with white space finder that offers automatic charting of open white space (open RF frequency) for use with wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, intercom, remote control, and other RF products. The first model in the series, IW1800, covers the frequency span of 100KHz to 1.8GHz, making it suitable for VHF and UHF analysis and extending into the lower GHz ranges. Resolution bandwidth is 1KHz with a typical sensitivity of -120db. The unit also features an automatic white space finder that identifies all open RF space within a user-defined range. The finder also graphically depicts the ideal positioning of transmitters within the range. The analyzer features sweep analysis, (including the ability to split-screen the display into simultaneous broad span sweeps and a zoomed-in view), spectral image printout capability, and extended logging and playback. Analyzer kits include a built-in rechargeable battery pack, AC adapter/charger, multiple antennas, and USB-to-PC connection, all enclosed in a carrying case.
